FITCODE, part of Formative, the UAE’s largest fitness collective, has opened its third flagship premium health club at Q-East, the luxury lifestyle destination in Al Quoz.
Spanning 24,000 square feet across two floors, the mixed-use facility represents a major addition to FITCODE’s growing portfolio, building on the success of its existing clubs in Tilal Al Ghaf and Nad Al Sheba.
Performance-focused training environment
Located on First Al Khail Street, FITCODE Q-East has been designed around performance, recovery, and personalised training experiences.
The club features premium strength and cardio equipment from leading brands including Precor, Technogym, Arsenal Strength, Booty Builder, and Eleiko.
Alongside tailored coaching support to help members achieve their individual fitness goals.
Four boutique studios under one roof
FITCODE Q-East introduces four dedicated boutique fitness studios, including three powered by PLATFORM, Formative’s award-winning boutique fitness concept, and one signature FITCODE studio.
Among the highlights is the new heated MINDBODY Studio, which hosts barre, Pulse, and IGNITE classes. The launch marks the first heated studio experience within the FITCODE brand.
The club also introduces Reformer Pilates to FITCODE for the first time through a dedicated Reformer Studio equipped with Balanced Body beds.

- Ride Studio for cycling-based classes
- Energy Studio, FITCODE’s dedicated strength and conditioning concept
The Energy Studio offers a range of performance-focused classes, including TRX, Glute Sculpt, Power Circuit, Motion & Mobility, and Power Strength.
Dedicated HYROX training centre
Responding to the growing popularity of HYROX worldwide, FITCODE Q-East features a dedicated HYROX Training Centre.
Members can access specialised HYROX training sessions and endurance-focused classes designed to prepare participants for the rapidly expanding fitness race format.
Luxury wellness and recovery amenities
Recovery forms a key part of the member experience at FITCODE Q-East.
The club includes an infrared salt sauna, cold plunges, experience showers, and a steam room. Members also have access to advanced recovery technology, including Hyperice massage guns and Normatec compression boots.
Together, these facilities provide a comprehensive recovery environment designed to support circulation, relaxation, and post-workout recovery.
Wellness extends beyond training
