Analog AI Cycling app helps cyclists analyse training, recovery, and performance.
The Analog AI Cycling Coach uses WorldTour-developed Adaptive Intelligence to help cyclists improve training, recovery, and performance.

Analog Sports Puts UAE Team Emirates XRG and UAE Team ADQ’s AI Coach in Every Cyclist’s Pocket

Now available with a 30-day free trial, the app brings pro-level training, recovery, and performance insights to riders on Zwift, Garmin, WHOOP, and more.

Analog has launched the consumer version of Analog Sports, introducing an AI cycling coach developed alongside UAE Team Emirates XRG and UAE Team ADQ. Previously available only to professional teams, the platform is now accessible to cyclists of all levels.

Originally built to support the demands of WorldTour cycling, the platform has evolved into a consumer product that brings the same intelligence trusted by elite riders to everyday training.

Analog AI Cycling Coach brings WorldTour technology to every rider

At the heart of the platform is Ana, Analog’s Neural Agent, which powers the Analog AI Cycling Coach by bringing together performance, training load, recovery, and wellness data in one place.

Designed as both an AI coach and performance analyst, Ana helps cyclists understand fatigue, monitor recovery, and interpret training data through personalised insights. As riders continue to use the platform, Ana learns their goals, training history, recovery patterns, and daily routines to deliver increasingly tailored recommendations.

Rather than simply displaying data, the platform transforms ride information into practical guidance that helps riders make better training decisions.

Developed with WorldTour teams

The Analog AI Cycling Coach was developed in collaboration with UAE Team Emirates XRG and UAE Team ADQ, where it has been used to support performance at the highest level of professional cycling.

While the consumer version has been adapted for individual riders, it is built on the same Adaptive Intelligence technology trusted by both UCI WorldTour teams.

Leadership perspectives

Alex Kipman, Founder and CEO of Analog, said:

“For decades, the world’s top athletes have relied on teams of experts and increasingly complex data to unlock their potential. We asked a simple question: what if every rider had access to that same intelligence? Analog Sports is our answer.

This isn’t about replacing coaches or instinct; it’s about amplifying human potential. By bringing training, recovery, and wellness data together with Adaptive Intelligence, we’re giving every athlete a trusted companion that learns, evolves, and helps them make better decisions every day. We’re incredibly proud to launch this alongside our teams; proving that technology built to win at the highest level can empower every rider, anywhere.”

Mauro Gianetti, Team Principal and CEO of UAE Team Emirates XRG, said:

“Technological Innovation has always been a cornerstone of our success, and Analog has become an important part of that journey. Working with complex performance data has enabled our riders and staff to make faster, smarter decisions throughout the season.

To now see Analog Sports available to every cyclist; whether amateur or professional, is incredibly exciting.

Giving riders access to the same intelligence we’ve trusted at the highest level of the sport has the potential to transform how people train, recover, and perform.”

Melissa Moncada, President and Head of UAE Team ADQ, said:

“Our partnership with Analog has been a source of enormous pride, and it has demonstrated just how decisive technology and Adaptive Intelligence can be in professional cycling. Analog’s innovation and vision have supported the growth of our team and our project in every aspect.

Seeing this same intelligence made available to every cyclist is a genuinely exciting moment for the sport.

It opens the door for more riders; women and men, at every level; to train, recover, and perform with the kind of insight that used to be reserved for the peloton’s elite.”

Training, recovery and performance in one platform

The Analog AI Cycling Coach App provides post-workout summaries, performance analytics, training recommendations, and voice or text support in 32 languages.

After every ride, Ana identifies performance trends, flags areas that require attention, and explains what the numbers mean so riders know when to push harder and when to prioritise recovery.

The platform also tracks performance over a 90-day period, allowing riders to monitor key metrics including VO2 Max, mCP, CTL, ATL, and TSB. In addition, it combines stress, sleep, fatigue, and mood into a single wellness score to support smarter training decisions.

Connecting the cycling ecosystem

Analog Sports integrates with leading training platforms and wearable devices, including MyWhoosh, Zwift, Wahoo, WHOOP, Oura, Ultrahuman, Garmin, and TrainingPeaks, creating a unified view of each rider’s data.

Whether riders coach themselves or work with a professional coach, Ana provides personalised guidance between training sessions using the same Adaptive Intelligence developed for WorldTour cycling.

The launch represents another step in Analog’s mission to develop technology that enhances human performance through Adaptive Intelligence.
