The Uncommon Club has introduced the Marasi Bay Community Run at Marasi Bay, creating a new weekly Saturday morning wellness routine in collaboration with OMNIYAT.
The initiative reflects the club’s community-first approach, bringing runners together through movement, routine, and shared outdoor experiences along the waterfront.
Weekly run connects community through movement
The Marasi Bay Community Run takes place every Saturday, starting from The Lana, Dorchester Collection before following a scenic route along the Dubai Canal.
The 45-minute guided session is designed to feel social rather than competitive. It follows an out-and-back format and is organised across multiple pace groups led by experienced pacers. As a result, runners of all levels can participate comfortably.
After the run, participants gather at Bonbon Café by Angelo Musa at The Lana Promenade, extending the experience into a relaxed social setting by the water.
Structured experience designed for accessibility
The run meets at 6:45 AM, with a 7:00 AM start from The Lana Promenade. Registration is required, and the session remains open to all levels.
At the same time, the Marasi Bay Community Run reinforces a broader focus on consistency and accessibility, encouraging participants to build routine through shared activity.
Community-first philosophy at the core
“For us, the value has always been in showing up together,” said Stephan Muller, Co-Founder of The Uncommon Club. “Marasi Bay has a sense of openness and calm that makes it easy for people to move with intention, connect naturally, and leave feeling reset.”
Marasi Bay evolves as a wellness destination
The initiative also supports the continued development of Marasi Bay as a lifestyle destination. Positioned within Dubai’s Burj Khalifa District, the waterfront project reflects OMNIYAT’s vision of integrating wellness, hospitality, and culture.
The district combines residential, commercial, and leisure spaces with high-end hospitality and dining. As a result, it is evolving into a destination designed for everyday use, rather than a transient location.
Walkable design encourages active lifestyles
Central to Marasi Bay’s concept is its walkable waterfront. The area connects Downtown Dubai with Dubai Design District through landscaped pathways, promenades, and dedicated walking and cycling tracks.
This design encourages movement, outdoor activity, and social interaction within a setting shaped by water, greenery, and skyline views.
A lifestyle shaped by community and design
Overall, initiatives like the Marasi Bay Community Run are helping define the destination beyond architecture. Instead, the focus shifts towards experience, routine, and quality of life.
As a result, Marasi Bay continues to position itself as a space where wellness, design, and community come together in a balanced and accessible way.
