New Balance has introduced the Ellipse, a new daily running shoe designed to prioritise comfort, movement, and a more intuitive running experience.
Now available across the region, the Ellipse is built around Fresh Foam X cushioning. This updated design delivers a softer and more responsive underfoot feel, aimed at making everyday runs more enjoyable.
Designed for the Running Experience
The Ellipse arrives at a time when running is increasingly shaped by performance tracking and data. In contrast, the new model focuses on helping runners disconnect from metrics and reconnect with the experience itself.
As a result, the shoe encourages a more relaxed and mindful approach to running. It aims to support freedom of movement while allowing runners to focus on rhythm and flow rather than performance targets.
Built to #RunYourWay
The Ellipse is designed for a wide range of users. This includes beginners starting their running journey, as well as experienced athletes using it for recovery or daily training.
The release also reflects New Balance’s “Run Your Way” philosophy. The concept encourages runners to move at their own pace, listen to their bodies, and enjoy the process without comparison.
A Shoe for Athletes… and Artists
The shoe has already been adopted by athletes and creatives within the New Balance network. This includes Olympic gold medallist Gabby Thomas and artist Action Bronson, highlighting its crossover appeal across sport and culture.
